Does anyone know how to ease the morning sickness?

Sometimes you just have to find your niche. With me, 7up and Saltines did wonders with my first pregnancy. With the second, a RootBeer would always ease my stomach. However, with my cousin, she had to have ice tea in the morning, soda would make it worse.

I've heard that just keeping something on your stomach helps. So a lot of little meals and snack through out the day might help.

I found this list on-line that seems to fall in line with most things I've heard from people who have been through it...

Eat crackers or dry toast in the morning when you first wake up.
Have a small meal for about 4-6 times a day and minimize fluids consumption with meals rather drink small amounts of fluids (juices, milk, etc) frequently between meals and try not to keep your stomach empty to maintain the blood sugar levels constant.
Maintain a balance diet rich in vitamin B6, protein, and carbohydrates (beans, fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy products, and nuts).
Avoid foods high in salt and fat.
Increase ginger products such as ginger soda, ginger tea, because ginger is effective in controlling morning sickness.
Get sufficient sleep and body relaxation.
