Bustle Question

Tomorrow i am taking my dress to be bustled.
The place i bought it at is where i am taking it but the lady has been known to be a bit difficult.
I think i know what i want but i want to find a picture so i can ask specifically for that kind of bustle.
I know there are a few different ways to bustle, i need one that goes over the top not under neath, and has 3-5 attachment points.
I have tried without luck to find a picture of something like that on a ball gown.
Does anyone have one?

Also she has said i dont need to try on the dress for her to bustle it. Is that normal? i would have thought i had to be in it so it sat right.

I am prepared to use someone else if she refuses to do what i ask, but i figure if i have a picture it will be easier to explain.
