Sorry ladies I have yet to kick the bucket, so you'll all have to wait to collect the insurance money.........
Now a quick update then time to surf the site and catch up on things:
Finally all moved into our new place. For the longest was on dial up here and finally got broadband. Darn phone company backed up on orders.
Still unemployed (unless you consider my ministry) which is stressful. Dont know how many times i've applied at the same companies over and over and over again. Just no jobs in a small northern town. Maybe the phone company should hire me, wait they aren't hiring....no wonder they took so long to get me my broadband.
But the good news is I can work on expanding my ministry, and so far this summer has been great for weddings. Almost one a week, sometimes two. So that helps with the sanity, and you all know I'm not sane :bbeek:.
And I'm trying a new thing with my weddings. We're the new "Priceline Officiants". Basicly you name your price and we give you the various options. So you say I'm willing to pay $150, we say ok here's 6 ceremonies to chose from and you can add 1 of the following to it; sand, unity candle, or rose ceremony. Or you say $200 we say 6 ceremonies which can be edited by you, and chose 2 of the folowing sand, etc or we can write a custom one for you based on this and that and it will be rewritten once. So far seems to be catching on, since most people are on a budget now days and the economy stinks. But we still do offer our normal priced packages. And we're beefing up the free gifts with ceremonies also. Now we make a gift basket with wine glasses, wine, candles, some chocolate and a small gift. Our way of saying thank you for your bussiness. So far seems to be working.
So needless to say it I guess I do have a full time job in some way, shape or form.
That's what I've been doing lately. And now to surf the site and see what kind of trouble you gals have been causing:) and then back to work some more, for tomorrow I got to marry someone else (just don't tell Gina, or I may be in hot water)
