Ok, So I am having a little debate/dilemma. So I orginally planned on not having a slip because I like the way the dress flows. But last minute I decided to get a mermaid slip to fill it out a little. I think it 'over fills it' Also the slip brings the dress off the floor like 1-2" more than without.
You guys ALWAYS help out when we have 'fashion' issues. Do you guys think it would look better with or without the slip.

I honestly like it without the slip.
I think that slip makes it look sort of bump from the pics instead of a smooth line
Nice dress BTW!

I think the dress looks better without the slip, but I'm saying that because I prefer the freer flowing look, with the slip on it seems like it's stuffed.
You have a great figure, so I don't think you don't need to worrying about smoothing or filling anything out. Which way are you more comfortable in?
BTW - gorgeous dress! :)

Yeppers, it does look 'stuffed' When I ordered the slip, I never thought it would have been that poofy, I thought its a mermaid slip and it should accentuate the curves the dress has, not blow it up!!!

I like it without the slip. With it on, it just gives the dress a really unnatural shape. Without it, it looks free and like it would move beautifully when you walk, dance, etc.
Your dress is absolutely stunning, btw!

I say without the slip.
Both look great. But the natural fall of the Dress on Your slim frame is enough. The slip just makes it "Bell" out at the bottom.
Is it a Hoop that is doing it?
I had a Tulle Underskirt under My Dress with no Hoop. Anything with a Hoop just made it jut out and not lay properly.
Plus the money saved on not getting a slip means You have a few more Dollars for something that is seen. :winktongue:

That dress is gorgeous.. I would vote with out the slip. You have the figure to pull it off. Rock it with out the slip girlfriend. Your going to make a beautiful bride in that dress

I completely agree with everyone else. It is a gorgeous dress! I think it looks the best without the slip.

Agreed, without the slip! I think the natural flow coupled with your gorgeous figure looks more elegant, more graceful... If that makes sense! It looks gorgeous, but what is more comfortable for you?

Ok, exchanged my slip and put it towards the MOH dress and brought it home! YAY!
I agree with the slip, at first I liked the idea, but I do not want everyone to remember my dress by 'that big poofy bottom dress' It is very free-flowing without the slip. I also got a double french bustle with....17 pulls!!!! My MOH and Planner are going to KILL me when they have to tackle that one!!!:bbeek:
