State has no record of us filing taxes.

I realized today that we still haven't received our state refunds, so I went to the DOR site and was told they have no record of DH or me filing taxes this year.

We filed paper returns and mailed them off. I remember DH mailing them off and everything. This is $400-500 that we NEED.

DH called, but he needs the exact dollar amount we were expecting in refunds, so he had to leave work to go home and get the paperwork. I'm waiting for him to get back, so we can try to figure out WTH happened.

This sucks.

I just got off the phone with DH. There is a *slim* possibility that they simply have not process it yet. We are at the end of the time frame they give you for it to be processed. I guess we'll find out soon.

Geeze... it's JUNE already! WTH! Are your taxes due April 15 like in Cali?

Wow! I hope that gets straightened out ASAP! DH already got his refunds from both federal and state (I unfortunately get none) but only like a week or two ago.

I feel for you. We haven't gotten our state money back yet either. We had do that one one by mail because we no longer live in the state we had to file in and they don't let you do it online if you moved from the state. Thankfully though the website does say that they have at least received it, we just haven't gotten the check yet :(
