I have never work fakes nails and i don't want any, lol.
I'm wondering if those nail strengthening solutions really work. My nails tend to get to a certain point and then rip/break.
Has anyone tried them?

I use to use this nail cream that worked really well, but I forget what it was
I do use that polish stuff every now and then and it works fine too.
I am surprised that my nails look decent as much as I type; though I do still get breaks.

If you can find a product that called Barielle - that is the ONLY thing that worked for me, and it was amazing. It was a cream - (does that sound familiar Brandi?) They also made other products - cuticle oil, top coat etc., but the most amazing to me was the strengthening cream. I haven't seen it around in a while, but you could google it. Good luck!

Nah, it wasn't the Barielle that I used. I am pretty sure it was something I got at Target or Walmart ... I was in a little tub and I think it had a horse on it too.

That looks familar; that might have been it.
I have used the vitamins for "hair, skin and nails" and I noticed that my nails were alot stronger. I have seen it at Target, Walmart and Walgreens.

It's tempting to try the vitamins and some cream... my nails are quite weak, too.

drinking and eating stuff with calcium and protein in like fish and milk(dairy),as they make your bones strong and healthy and it will also help your nails to be stronger

Sally Hanson has some great products, but honestly I have my nails done! I gave up b/c my nails always crack and chip. Before my wedding I tried out a few different types of acrylic nails. I now get pink and white nails, they are awesome. Because my nails were long enough I didn't have to get fake tips put on. Now my nails always look like I have a fresh french manicure. I go every 2-3 weeks for a balance and they are relatively inexpensive. Hope this can help!

If your nails are brittle or soft (like mine), it could be an indicator of an iron or vitamin B deficiency - it might be something to look into!

I know this probably doesn't help all the Americans, but I take Holland and Barratts hair skin and nails tables. They don't seem to have done anything for my skin, but my hair is more shiny and my nails are so much stronger and grow so much faster.
