Why? Those are ok to say. I've seen others say those words. If they don't get a ****, then they are ok to say. Geez!!! Trouble maker!!

In your daily life, do you curse? Why or why not?

I do, like a sailor. Sometimes, I think I need a curse word to get my point across better.

That's how I feel too, but there are actually people out there that can go about their lives without saying one curse word. But for me personally, its not possible. LOL!!

Yea I have been know to have a bit of a potty mouth. But I can control myself when such language is inappropriate.

I don't swear like every other word or anything, but when something calls for emphasis or when I stub my toe or something I will let out an expletive ;)

But there are a few words I don't say and don't like to hear ... the worst being the 'G D' word.

Having a niece has curbed my mouth a bit ... the other day I was talking to my sister about something and said SH!T, well she said it right after me :bbeek: everyone laughed but I', sure it wouldn't be funny if she was older and in school or something.

I don't like G D either. For one thing, you'll burn in hell for it, but the other reason is I just don't like to hear it. It makes me really uncomfortable if someone says it too much. I keep thinking about their poor soul burning for eternity.

Oh, my grandbaby will repeat everything. His latest thing is duh. He was like, "Grandma, SpongeBob is not on TV right now. Duh!" I was like, "Don't you say Duh to your Grandma, mister." And he is only 3-years old. But you have to chuckle, just don't let him see me chuckle. LOL!

I do but i don't curse. It really depends on my mood and what is happening. I have been known to swear and say really rude things at other drivers. But they can't hear me. Anytime anything bad happends like i screw up somthing or break somthing i drop the F-bomb.

I guess it depends on my mood at the time. I used to curse more than I do now, but since I have younger children at home now it makes a difference. I have to pay my step daughter a quarter for each time. Some days are really money breaking me. haha.

I don't curse much unless I get mad or if I have to much to drink. I make an effort to have a clean mouth. It is my opinion that a lot of cursing makes you sound unlady like. There are situations where cursing is acceptable and not acceptable. I think as long as people know the boundaries it is alright. For instance, Justin curses regulary, but he wouldn't do it in front of my grandmother or in the presence of children. That is my pet peeve, cursing in front of children. To me, that is wrong.

Yeah, we swear. I try not to around the kids though. And we aren't allowed to say the G D word around here either.

I try not to swear, but when I get mad, I lose all control and then it all comes out!

Actually I don't cuss at all. I used to in like 8th grade when I thought I was all big and bad cussing like a big kid, but after I got saved I haven't even had the urge to cuss. And I have to admit it makes me uncomfortable when people cuss like CONSTANTLY I dk and a pet peeve is people cussing in front of other people's kids. I don't know, I guess I just feel like I can get my point across by using other words, lol yeah my being saved has a lot to do with it because I don't want people to look at me as a hypocrite (sp?) but just in general I just don't see the use in it.

I do curse, quite often.. I agree with you Karen, sometimes I feel like it gets my point across. But I am also able to refrain when needed.

I cuss like a one armed man in a shirt hanging factory! I got a POTTY mouth!

I don't say GD or the F bomb if I can help it or SOB...something about calling someone a son of a b*tch seems totally disrespectful to mothers!

I say John Brown instead of GD
I say Motherhuncher instead of the other...
I say sumb*tch to steer clear of the mother slander

I'm an F bomb dropper when I stub my toe or when someone pisses me off while driving! Guess I better curb that when the little ones come along!! lol
