Found our location!!

We found our wedding ceremony/reception location!! It's more per plate than we wanted to spend, but it has only a 40 person minimum which was great for us, especially since so many in the boston area have 100 person minimums and aren't as pretty! I'm so excited now, looking for a place was so stressful I was getting really tired of it.

omgosh! that is GORGEOUS!

and actually, it's probably better to pay more pp, because some places, if it's less than their "required minimum", you have to pay extra for the room rental, etc...i had a run in with one place, who refused to set up a dance floor and stage, with less than 100 ADULTS! AND, they would only allow an OPEN bar(at $1k!), because they wouldn't be "comepnsated" with a cash bar, b/c "rarely do people with a cash bar reception actually buy drinks"...omg, i'm sorry wtf did she just say lol?!

but congraaaaaats! do they throw in a bridal suite like most inns do if you have your wedding there?

They do with some of the packages but not with others. Yeah they don't require a room rental fee its included in the pp price, so that's nice. It's sooo nice inside also, and the best thing is that the place they have the ceremony if it rains is a gorgeous little library...so i wont be sad if it rains even. Win!

I'm so excited...but also wondering how i'm going to save so much! hehe I'm just going to make my lunch to take to work and "pretend" i'm paying for it every day still I think.

Thanks ladies! I'm very excited but definitely nervous to sign a contract. The last time I signed a contract, my signature got forged for other unrelated paperwork, my credit was ruined for a year until I got the attorney general to fix it! >.<
I'll just have to suck it up and sign and then our date will be final. :}
