The others in the clip are Speaking french; maybe Elizabeth (or anyone else that speaks French) can tell us what they are saying ;)

I saw that yesterday... I wish they had him shown in the video so we could see him laughing. They said on the Yahoo! news page that it's voted the worst laugh ever lol.

In the vid it seems like they're at a fair or carnival or something and put the guy on the microphone.... wierd.

I thought the guy in the video was just laughing at the wierd laugh... The laugh sounded farther away than him, as if they were filming his laugh and didn't want him to know they were filming it.
