Hi!
For the past few months, my usually easy to manage hair has become unruly. I cannot get a brush through it. All the shampoos and conditioners I've had success with in the past are no longer working for me. My wedding in in 30 days and I want my hair to be back to normal! I'm not sure if its the weather or the fact that I had streaks put in my hair 5 months ago. I've been using my baby girl's detangling spray which is helping me get it all smoothed out but an hour later, my hair is all tangled again. I have long curly hair that reaches doen to my elbows. It gets very frizzy when it gets humid.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to my hair to fix it or what shampoos or conditioners to try?
Another thing I need suggestions on is what to use to get rid of the dead skin or rough patches on the bottom of my feet.
Thanks!

Not sure what to do about the tangles expect extra conditioners maybe, and the leave in and/or detangling stuff you are using.
For frizz there are lots of products out there; I use to use Frizz Ease and BioSilk with good results.
There is another thread about frizzies here -

Thank you for the link! My hair is frizzy and dry, so I'm in definite need of a moisturizer, a detangler, and frizz control. When they put the streaks in my hair at the salon, they bleached parts of my hair first and then colored. I think my hair has been fried ever since. It took a month for the curl to come back.
Thanks!

What helps me is frequent hair cuts (about every six weeks) and using high quality salon products that are specifically for moisturizing hair. Also once a week I use the Aussie (the purple kangaroo stuff) 3 minute miracle deep conditioning treatment. I still get frizzies but my hair is definitely not as dry as it used to be.
As for your feet..maybe try the Ped Egg or a pumice stone? I like using a pumice stone when I'm in the shower to get rid of dead skin cells.

I totally missed the thing about your feet; I have that problem too. I use the Ped Egg and a pumice stone in the shower. I use moisturizing foot lotion and sometimes vaseline and sleep in socks ... when I remember that is. It helps, but my feel are still rough and sometimes they crack. I am even embarrassed to get pedicures anymore because of it.
I think there is a thread Keely started about this a while back; let me see if I can find it.
ETA - Here is Keely's post; it is a few months old, but may still help -

Thanks again for all the suggestions and the link to the foot creams! I'm going to have to go out and get some, though I've kind of been hinting to my fiance that I wanted some stuff for my feet for mother's day.

if u can afford it, u could go to a salon for a deep conditioning treatment... at some places it can be pricey... the salon i went to offered a $10 treatment if u let a student do it... which worked miracles on my hair. When i used to color it, it would go thru waves of frizziness especially if it had been a few months since my last hair cut. Frequent hair cuts DEF. keeps my hair healthier...
i also use the aussie 3 minute miracle but only once a month since i stopped coloring my hair

My foot doctor recommends AmLactin because it not only moisturizes your feet, but it is also an exfoliator. It isn't cheap, but it works well!

Hi!
I bought the Aussie Moist shampoo & conditioner and the 3 minute miracle and got a haircut too and they really helped! My hair feels so much softer and is much less tangled.
Thanks!
