eBay is awesome...I just found this dress for my flower girl and I absolutely love it! The best part is, it's only like $25! She is going to look so adorable. And it fits so well with my rose theme!

Yeah, she's a little upset that she can't wear a pink dress..but hopefully she'll approve this one, LOL. She is such a diva sometimes!

That is sooooo cute!

I ordered a flower girl dress for my little one for my cousins wedding in sheer aqua and it was great too! Same seller. I got also a navy suit for my 6 year old. Both were priced right and looked great!

I'm adding another flower girl to my wedding party. She's a little older and needs a size 16....but I can't seem to find this dress or anything similar in that size! I was really hoping to find another one on ebay because they were so cheap! Has anyone seen this dress in that size??

Crazy enough, the one I bought doesn't have a brand name on it anywhere. I got it from a store on ebay that sells pageant dresses and flower girl dresses. It's called a petal dress...and the other store someone else mentioned in this thread carries them..but only up to a size 12 :purplex:

Yeah, I'm hunting right now, and I've found 2 that are similar but they both only go up to a size 12. I'm gonna keep looking - I'll post if I find anything!

This one comes in burgundy and 16, but it's a little pricey. It's not quite the petal but it's sort of similar.

Again, this one is about a hundred bucks, but it is similar and it comes in "claret" which I think is similar to the burgundy.

how old is the girl who's going to be wearing it? the 2nd girl, i mean....it's a gorgeous dress though! i want to say davids has one similar, and someone else, but it's not coming to mind...

the reason i ask about the 16, is that it kind of sounds like an older girl, and maybe you could find a solid dress, but the same design as this?

She just turned 10. All three of those would work! I'm just not sure she could fit into a 14. I guess I could just order any of these as long as they have a return policy and see if it fits. Thanks for the links!

I did a little more research. I think I figured out what we were doing wrong.

And I'm kinda grossed out by this...but...

google "Plus size flower girl dresses" :petrified:

Poor little girls - calling them plus size?

But that's how to find the 16's...

Oh wow! That is kinda sad. As if girls don't have enough pressure starting around that age. Figures! The little girl I'm having as my flower girl isn't big at all! She is tall though and I guess she looks older than she is. Well anyway thanks for the tip, I'm going to google it that way and see what I can come up with!

yea i hate that "plus" thing in kids clothes! just make em bigger! AND they charge more, like for women and men!

a-bebe, fh's DD is 8, but b/c of her trunk full of junk, she wears a size 12...BUT if we're going to end up with a linebacker in the family, it'll be her!

i'm not going the flower girl dress style for her...i found a neat white sating dress that has swirls of black embroidery, actually VERY similar to one DB has in their BM section...PLUS she'll be able to wear it a few weeks later for easter, and for xmas if it will still fit her...i'm going to find her a black velvet duster jacket to match it, or i'll make her a cape ;)
