Vera Wang Bridesmaid Collection...Finally!

Did anyone else hear that Vera Wang just out out a collection just for bridesmaids? Finally! They're really well priced too! I would SO put my maids in one of her designs! So classy!

wow..i browsed the site, and out of all those dresses, i didn't like any?

her wedding gowns are gorgeous, but her maids gowns look more like red carpet frocks, rather than tasteful maids gowns

JMHO.....i've never liked high style simply b/c some of the crao they try to pull off, even paris hilton wouldnt wear....and she wears anything(and sometimes nothing lol)

LOL!! I looked at the site and I thought the same lilmsjess! Before I read the posts I was completely expecting to be the minority..I didnt see one dress that had shape to it...or maybe its just the models??

I have to agree, nothing jumped out at me. But I do often feel that using really skinny models doesn't show how a dress flatters and fits curves and hangs and clings in the right places. It becomes all about the dress rather than the dress on the person.

It sure does! I always refer to the super-skinny models as human coat-hangers, because dresses look exactly the same on them as they do on the rack!

I like a few of those dresses, but not as a BM dress.

Looks like I might be the one in the minority... I like a lot of these dresses. However, I much prefer the use of a cocktail dress as a BM dress to the classic/generic bridesmaid dresses that you see a lot...

They don't really look like most bridesmaid dresses, which I think is why I like them! BUT I can see how they'd turn some people off...

I also didn't care for any of the styles. And, thinking about it, I don't really like any of the clothes she designs for Kohl's, either. But her wedding gowns are great!

believe it or not, i dont like vera wang high style clothing.. i really like her new line simply vera.. have everything from there.. and alot of it is really comfy clothes, like sundresses, pants etc.. :)
