I'm officially engaged! :) Last night he proposed in the most romantic way, and it came as a suprise to me since we've already been planning the wedding and such proposals aren't common here. I went over to his place for a quiet dinner but as soon as I entered the house I knew something was up. Candles were lit in every corner of the house leading to the living room and rose petals were scaterred all over. As I entered the living room I saw the "Will u marry me?" written in rose petals on the table and an engagement ring right next to it. My FH took the ring, got down on his knee and proposed. You already know the answer :) I was so excited and lost for words, and so was he. We met on the same day six years ago, but I completely forgot and wasn't expecting a proposal at all.

I like the little swoosh thing on your ring; it really gives it something different :grinhappy: Is the stone a diamond or something else; looks sort of iridescent to me, I like it :frogg:

Thank you so much! The swoosh is one of my favorite things, too. :) I have a couple of pictures on my phone but I can't transfer them on my computer. I'll try to transfer them on my sister's phone and then here. This is a side view of the ring:
