Whoa, I almost completely forgot!

Holy ****. I'm at work right now, lolly-gagging because there are no evaluations today, and I just realized...... I have to get invitations out soon!! They're all ready to be printed - I just can't believe that with all that's been going on (new job, finishing up 3 grad school classes) that I almost forgot that I have to get those printed and addressed and in the mail within the coming weeks. It doesn't sound like THAT big of a deal, but I have the next 2 weeks BOOKED with things to do already!!

We're starting to house hunt and going to look at 7 houses tonight! I have two classes finishing next week, for which I have one final exam, three papers, and a group project all due. Next week is going to be the first week back to school since the kids were on spring break this week, so I know it'll be hectic. Then next weekend on Sunday is my shower (yay!) and on Saturday we're having a tastings event at our reception site (yummy!). I just can't believe I almost forgot to put invites on my plate :bbeek:

Hehe.. I know how that goes. I'm glad you remembered though!!!! Do you have someone to help you get them out or are you doing them on your own?

Oh my! Thank goodness you remembered. Can you imagine doing everything and forgetting to invite people? :bbeek: That's totally something I'd do. Actually, I just realized yesterday that I'd better order envelopes so you're not alone!

Lol, wouldn't it be SO nice if we could all get together sometime :) Maybe have someone have a wedding JUST for OW friends :-P

My mom will help with the invites (addressing them - she has very nice handwriting) and we've gathered all the addresses, so all we really need to do is print them out (along with the reply cards and directions). It won't be a big deal.... And there's no way it would've gone unchecked (my mom's on the ball). I just keep thinking that forgetting to invite guests for my wedding SO sounds like something I would do :-P

I have to decide with FH and to order the invites as soon as the following week so I have to address them and post them/give them out a month before the wedding. Tight time schedule!!
