I am very excited at having found this forum!
My fiance and I have been together nearly four years, and he finally proposed in our favorite restaurant this past September. We have been having the issues of deciding where, when and what do to with our wedding plans and so far we have finally narrowed the date down to "around February or May" in 2010. Haha.
I look forward to reading, planning and gleaning all the advice I can from this forum. Anyone that has links to threads I should check out, please share them. We are paying for it ourselves, so our budget is relatively slim. We also have the split family issue on where to have the ceremony/reception to deal with as he is from CT and I'm from Alabama.
In short, any guidance as to what to look at next would be awesome.
