So I am officially engaged as of March 20th 2009!! We have planned on a winter wedding on February 28th 2010. We have been together for 2 years and almost 3 months.
Karston(FH) and I both went to the same school. I moved here when i was in the sixth grade. The first time i ever saw him was when i was in the seventh grade and i saw him walking around in the halls. My sister picked me up for lunch and i made her follow him to arbys. I had to show him how cute he was!! After school we saw him walking home and we followed him home too. I got a little stockerish lol jk. I always noticed him but never got enough nerve to talk to him. So after about a year passed and me just catching glances of him at school i was in the 8th grade now. Me and a couple friends were sitting in the hallway at lunch(he was in the 9th grade so we had seperate lunches we live in a small town high school is 7-12 grade) I saw him walk past us to them office and i was talking to my friend and said aww hes so cute and has a nice butt!! lol. My friend is really loud and obnoxious and she yells, "hey my friend thinks you have a nice butt!" I turned bright red and he just turned around and smiled. I was so embarrassed. At this point i was going out with a kid who was a jerk. He made me cry one night at a dance review and i guess FH saw me and wanted to come ask if i was okay but was WAY to shy to do so. So after my eight grade i had partied a lot and was really stupid i decided to move to Idaho with my cousin so me and my mom didnt fight so much. I moved there and lived there for about 3 months and about 2 months into it i started to talking to him over myspace (i moved i would never see him again i didnt have to be shy anymore). We started talking and than started texting 24/7. It was crazy after drooling over him for almost 3 years i am finally talking to him!! We talked for awhile and finally it came down to school starting. I decided i was going to move back to see him and maybe things would change. (FH doesnt party never drank or smoked). It was great to have someone there who wanted me to change and i wanted to change for!! So i moved back and we started hanging out alot. We talked for 6 months and became Best Friends. We knew everything about each other and hung out almost everyday. Finally after six months on January 26th 2007 he asked me out.. i was 14 so it was of course will you be my girlfriend and me being all girly and screaming. I didnt talk for a minute cause i didnt believe he was being serious finally after about five minutes i said YES about six times. Thats how it all started =]. I got my promise ring the day that his brother got married a day after we had been together for 6 months.

Fh and I have talked about getting married a lot. He was dead set on us getting married once i turned 18 so we knew sometime in 2010. I always thought of cute ideas on how i would want to be proposed to. I never wanted it on Christmas or Valentines day i thought it was kinda cliche (no offense to anyone i thnk its still cute just not for me). I wanted us both to be dressed up so i could feel like a princess. He had been acting kinda weird i was prom decorating and it was his only day off so i wanted him to come and help and out of nowhere he goes i have to go help my dad so i said fine and went on with decorating his mom was helping anyways. He never texted me which was a little weird and than at 9 he wasnt back and his mom picked me up to bring me home. She didnt go home she started driving around town. She started talking and said you wouldnt believe what i just found out... I was like what?? She said Tracy (FFIL) and Karston (FH) are in Cedar they went to home depot.. i was like are you kidding me kinda irritated. So i thought that was kinda weird they ended up in
Cedar that just kinda blew over. Well my prom was on March 20th 2009. We went up north to Provo Utah for our prom date and he took me to Tabernacle Gardens. On the way up i opened the glove box and noticed his ring case in there instead of in the coin drawer where it usually it so i thought that kind of fishy but just kinda let it pass over my head.

At first i REFUSED to get out of the car and eat on the grass cause there was noone there. He finally got kinda irritated and said we are eating here so get out of the car lol. So i was like okay and he stood by the driver door and said will you get the blanket and stuff out of the trunk.. which i thought was kinda weird since he usually carries the stuff. So i was like okay got out and got it all and we carried onto the grass. We found a shady spot and started eating. Well since we had been driving 2 hours to get there i had pee EXTREMELY BAD i finally said sorry but i have to pee really bad can we leave. He said yeah thats fine but can i talk to your first... I was like umm... sure okay. He says come here and grabs my hands. I was getting really nervous and he goes you know i love you right?? I said yes of course i do. He says good and says stand up and give me a hug.(Before this he kept like hiding something behind him and i was like what are you doing and he just goes oh nothing so i was like oh okay.)
So we stand up and he gives me a hug and i was all nervous my stomach was in a knot and so there was a glass building behind us and i could see the reflections of the mountains on it and i kept babbling about it and he just goes Baby?? I said ya and he says i dont want you to be my girlfriend anymore and i started to cry and he gets down on one knee and says i want you to be my fiance will you marry me and he opens the ring box! I pulled him up and hugged him and kept saying Yes yes yes. I took the ring and put it on and than he drops the bomb that i have to call my parents =[ I wasnt to excited. He had asked my dad and my mom knew and so did his parents so why did i have to call and tell them lol.
