Whats Your Favorite?

I was just wondering what everyones favorite alcoholic drink is. I just turned 21 last Tuesday and I've never really drank before....so I don't even know what to try. I know that I tend to like really fruity drinks....but I'm just wondering what everyone else likes.

So far, my favorite drink is the Cowgirl Quencher at Texas Roadhouse (Peach Schnapps, Rum, grenadine, orange juice and pineapple juice). But I want to hear about other drinks to try...

Your drinks are way too sweet for me, Katie! I'm old and can't tolerate the really sweet drinks anymore. LOL! If I want a hard liquor drink, I prefer frozen margaritas with no salt. Any other time I like Michelob Ultra draft. I can drink a ton of those at Applebees with Amber. Unfortunately, I pay for it the next day. :buck:

Haha! My friend is a huge drinker. She just broke up with her boyfriend and she is on a diet of Michelob Golden Light! LOL! She said shes only had that and one meal in the last 4 days! LOL!

I did have a strawberry margarita at Carlos O'Kellys on 21st....that was pretty good but I don't think I would drink it all the time...I tried beer too....obviously I don't have the taste for it....I just think its nasty.

Yeah...I went out to eat with my brother for my birthday and he ordered a beer and we were talking about it...and hes like "Once you get used to beer, you just have to have it all the time. Its just so good...and then when you finally get one and it hits your tongue, its glorious." My brother is such a freak! LOL!

I am not really a fan of beer, I do like Kilian's Irish Red every now and then.

Other bottled drinks I like; Mike's Hard Lime and Bacardi O

As far as liquor, I like rum and vodka the most ... strawberry daiquiris (with coconut rum) Mr Pibb and rum, Cosmopolitan, Russian Quaalude, White Russian, Mud Slide, Orange vodka and club soda is good too ... ooh and Jack and Sprite. I haven't had a drink in a while, now I want one ;)

I love Verdi Spumante! It is a champagne that is not dry and unsweet! It is totally the opposite but not too sweet! You can get it @ any ABC liquor store as far as I know. My sis introduced it to me for her wedding and that's the only champagne I will drink now! (Everyone commented how great it was @ the wedding as well!) As far as rum, I like coconut rum as well as Web Lady.
(It's good w/ cherry coke!)

Consider it is just a martini with a drop of sugar and lemon in it, I wouldn't recommend more than one or two a setting. Some places make them really sweet and you can't tell there is anything in them. I hate those. I like mine subtle.

My altime favorite is Jack Daniels and water... I do like beer though. My favorite is Bud Light, but when we go out to eat I will usually have some type of Hefenweisen (sp?)

My favorite beer is Bud Light which i drink on sundays watching the races. i also like a good mimosa as well. and lets see here i like in the way of hard liquor a crown and coke. and my all time favorite shot is the "blow job". which i hate to order in public so i make them myself at home on occassion. jerry had never heard of them and now loves them. oooppsss, that sounded kinda funny. :D

I like my beer ice cold in a bottle (BUD LIGHT)
I can hold my own with Tequila (Jose Cuervo, you are a friend of mine)
and watch out when I get on Jack and Coke (all Jacked up!)
My favorite is Wild Turkey (we call it "kicking chicken") and Mt Dew!
I also love Margarita's and Pina Colada's

My favorite is called a "Malibu Sunset." It's cranberry juice, orange juice, and malibu coconut flavored rum. I'm also slightly partial to Mike's and almost anything free (although I'm not a big fan of beer).

I have only found two places in Pittsburgh that have Strongbow on tap. ONe is an Irish resturant/bar (I think they might be a chain though) and the other is a Scottish Bar down the street. Sean drinks Irish car bombs like they are going out of style. (We are Guinness people too)

Captain morgan and diet rootbeer or Diet dr pepper. It sounds gross but if you like those sodas and you mix in right you'd never know there was alcohol in it. Yeah scary right! ;)

Another one that is good is vodka and lemonade. Again you can't taste the liquor.

I like shiraz wine too. Makes me a little giggly and wild though! :bbmrgreen: LOL!

I just have to suggest a real beer to all you beer drinkers. Try a Canadian beer! Those will get your buzzing!! :) "Canadian" or "Kokanee"...I don't usually drink beer but when I do, it's gotta be Kokanee! If you come to Canada, try our beer. It's good stuff and two bottles is equivalent to like four coors lights, I swear!! lol

back to the lemon drop ... I heard it was a martini, sweet but strong, one or two will do you in :drunk: LOL, well at least for me, I'm a light weight ;)

A couple other drinks I like are Bay Breeze (Vodka, Pineapple juice and Cranberry) Amaretto Sour and Midori Sour. I also like sweet martini's every now and then too. I am all about 'girlie' drinks ;)

And Lacy, a 'good' Comso is more than just Vodka, cranberry and lime ;)

Well my favorite ddrink is a Fuzzy Navel ( peach snhapps and orange juice ) and I love strawberry daiquiris ( I get this one when I go out to dinner ).

I also like Watermelon Smirnoff Ice. Before they came out with different flavors I sued to mix the Smirnoff Ice with a Wild Berry Wine cooler. I just got a greap one but Havent tried it yet.

When I was with my ex boyfriend he got me into a drink. Very fruity. Him and his freinds find it online and it is listed as a shot I believe but they made it into a full drink and gave it a new name. Because no guy will go into a bar and ask for it by it's real name. And no girl will ask for it by the name they gave it lol. The name is My Johnson is 10 Inches Long. And the name they gave it ( their freind is a bar tender so he made it for them all the time ) Titty Jiuce. I cant find the recepie. If I come across it I will post it. I just remember it being very very good and it taste jsut like fruit juice so that is dangerous.

Butterscotch schnapps
Bailey's Irish cream

You can also make a 'Dirty Oatmeal Cookie shot' with Jager and Bailey's but I can't stand Jager :buck:

I would recomend you try a belini. I just resently found them and they are fantastic! peachy and slushy! Only thing is..... you don't realize how much alcohol is in them.

Me and my friend used to order a Dick Twister. It was considered a shot, served on the rocks with 2 straws and you split it with someone. It was actually quite good. It was Southern Comfort, Baileys and Coke.

Mmm...I would probably love that! LOL! I've also heard of doing Kahlua and Root Beer too.

Some other things that I've tried and I don't mind are Blue Maui with orange juice and Sierra Mist and UV Blue with Lemonade. I've had Barcardi O3 and I loved it...while I drank it, but the next morning I paid for it (it was my first time drinking for real and I ended up drinking 5 bottles of Barcardi O3 and 3 bottles of something else in a blue bottle and I was really screwed up)....I tried drinking O3 since then, and I just can't bring myself to do it.

ohh you should try bacardi lemon! It's quite tastey. My fav is Verdi, if I am just hanging out I like vodka and cranberry juice.
