Hugh was just coming back from a walk with the dog today, when he noticed the Google Street View (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Street_View) car on our road. The chances are good that DH & Lily were captured on film (so to speak :))

It's only too bad that I had the car at the store or, we might have had some free advertising

Some don't like it because of the "big brother" aspect of it .... but I think the tech aspect (all those gazillion photos compiled into one big humongous database) of it is so cool.
DH likes to go "virtual driving" at Google Street View too :)

I've had a mooch around Google Earth and Street View many times. Our Friend who is moving back to Australia showed us where He will be living etc.
They fuzz out the faces of people and car number plates etc. So the "Big Brother" element is now at a minimum.
In the UK a Horse had His face fuzzed out. And a guy was caught coming out of a Sex Shop and was seen by the entire world. Including His Wife. :bbeek:
It doesn't personally bother Me. It's not like i get up to much mischief and need to think twice about My actions. :winktongue:
All i do know is the lawn needed mowing when they caught it on camera
