so now that i saw that pic, i thought i'd use it for my FG/SD...but now i'm thinking i can use them for BM's also....cut the cost of flowers!
so here's my idea(i'll have to buy the stuff to try 1st of course!):
take the paperweight,assuming it has a ring on it....get satin ribbon in all of our colors, and tie them to the ring band, and add little rhinestons to the ends of the ribbons.....and maybe get those little tags you get at walmart(for luggage, but like the hearts or something!), and put their names, and thank you on them(you know what i mean)....maybe that way, they can really use them as paper weights? practically every single person we know has a home office/desk, so i think for the girl's it'd be kind of neat.....
that, or at the dollar store in our mall, i found hand blown glass roses in all kinds of colors, and they were a perfect weight(not so thin to break, but not so heavy they couldn't be carried as "single stems"), so maybe i could attach the ribbon to those, and use the paperweight for abby?(my stepdaughter)
