how the hosts of bridal show get all of the bridal magazines to hand out to those attending the bridal show? I have contacted a bridal magazine, but they have not responded (it has been a week and ahalf). If anyone knows the proper way of doing this I would appreciate the information.

most of the shows that I have attended as a vendor, the show coordinator put the book together herself. It features highlights from the show and ads from the vendors are you attending the show or trying to put a show together?

Yes, I know the type of book you are describing. However, I am talking about the bridal magazines. Such as Modern Bride. At every bridal show I have ever been to I have received a Modern Bride magazine. That is more what I am looking for.

you might want to start with the local bridal mags in your area and as for the national mags, be perisitent. who have you spoken to so far in the marketing department?

Are you just looking for them to pass out the mag, or are you asking for something in return for them to pass out the mag at the show?

Numbers may just be the thing they are looking for. If they dont think that there is that many brides coming to the show they may not wan't to pass their mag out as it wont do them that much good when it comes down to the numbers.
