I love it too, "fall" weddings are so much fun! MY BM dresses are black and white but they store we bought my dress at had them in brown and pink and I LOVED that color! OH and WELCOME, tell us all about your wedding and you!

Ive seen a chocolate brown used with so many different colors and they have been so pretty together. Brown and pink, brown and turquoise, brown and lime green, etc........

Welcome to onewed! I like the colors brown and pink and think it will look fine in August. August is still a summer month so I think if I were you I would use pink as the main color.

I think that was me! Anyways, I love the pink and brown for almost any "nice" weather season. I also think you can add some nuetral colors for accents or a hint of sage too! What else are you thinking. Are you having a theme? What flowers? I want to here about it. I also am going to try and post a link for this one type of invitation that has a brown ribbon holding together two pieces of paper. It's very pretty. I am absolutely in love with brown and pink together!!! That will probably be my color scheme at my wedding (we aren't technically engaged yet, but we have been together for 7 yrs, and plan and getting married as soon as we have a little bit more money) and I love having sage as an accent. the only problem I have with brown and pink is what color would the tuxes be?? The bridesmaid dresses would probably be brown.

I, too, am using chocolate brown and a "frosted" pink as my colors. We got the girls pink dresses and the guys are wearing brown suits. I think the brown suits look better than black tuxes. And I can't find them anywhere anyhow. I thought at first the suits were going to look too casual, but they don't. They look awesome, and so different than anything I have seen at a wedding. In my bouquet, I am using all differnet colors of pink. MOB and MOG are wearing shades of cream/neutral color. I guess they could be considered a light tan color. I will get pics soon. Hope this helps.

Brown and pink is Gorgillious!!! My wedding is next September and we'll be doing pink aswell, but with a dark grey and silver, not a traditional fall ouline of colours.
Brown and ink soudns stunning though, it'll be soft yet classy at the same time.
