hey gals! i need some help with finding a western sounding bridal march. i was thinking like a violin or fiddle slow bridal march...but idk where to even start to look?

It's early in the morning here, so forgive me for being a bit slow, but by 'bridal march' do you mean the 'Here Comes the Bride' tune? If you want that, or another piece of music like your favourite song or something, it will be easy for a musician to slow it down and make it sound any way you want it to. I imagine to make something sound western, it would just be a matter of choosing the right instruments and speed. Just look for musicians in your yellow pages or go into music instrument/equiptment type stores and ask around.
If you don't want to go the live music route though, then google is your best friend. I just googled 'western sounding bridal march' and 'country sounding bridal march' (assuming western and country are the same? or similiar? I wasn't sure about that either) and got TONNES of results.

yeah the 'here comes the bride' one! didnt know what it was called...lol
i wana find like a Cd online to buy with it on there. I found a guy on youtube that plays it on his guitar and sells the single. he sounds pretty good but he does make a boo-boo towards the end of it.

hey i am unsure if you have to have the marching song, but this group my husband loves, is a bunch of men who work in some kentucky mines...their beats are funny as they range from slow to really fast...idk how you'd find a cd of them, or where you'd find sample music, and i'll look for you....but they are called "goose creek"....it's all men, and they are singing old style songs that alot were just made up as they go....

but it just clicked, you're wanting western.....i'm thinking country, hills style lol

that sounds cool!! i found those fiddle boys on youtube and that adrian guy with the guitar. Western, country, bluegrass anything with a guitar, fiddle or violin sound. i googled it every way i could think of but still no luck.
