Me too. I can't get my brain free of all this wedding clutter long enough to get any real sleep at night. I was hoping that all changes after the wedding. Does it, newlyweds?

Well my wedding is over, but i did go through the same thing. The last few months before mine caused some major insomnia. It does get better, but not usually until your wedding night. Some women didnt have problems with this, but a lot did, and are!
A nice relaxing bubble bath helps or anything else that relaxes you. Telling yourself that you will only think of wedding between the hours of ___ and ___ helps somewhat too.
Good Luck!!!

I haven't had that problem yet...but I have heard of quite a few other people having that problem.

There was another bride on here that was having problems sleeping, maybe it was nikki, I duuno, I'm not sure. I usually suffer from insomnia when I have anxiety or am very stressed. It gets sooo bad at times that I am in tears after not sleeping for days. I can honestly say that since I quit my high stress job and became a nanny, that I am sleeping better than I ever have. Now, I don't get enough sleep, but that's my own fault..lol!!! Maybe you should try some relaxation techniques!!!

I have some sleeping problems, but it's usually just nights that FH works the night shift. I'm still adjusting to that!

I had two dreams sun night, one was I forgot to take my stuff to the hall on Thurs adn when I relized I forgot to take it I hadn't even tok it out of storage..
#2 it was 5:30 in te afternoon the day of the wedding and I forgot to get my hairdone , well I went to the place that was suppose to do it and they were closed but there was a girl there and exlplained and she was so rude I called her a bxxxx and left... I ended up going to wal- mart to get my hair done ( yea right) Not......
SO I hope this is the end of my wedding nightmares

I have heard of this problem, but I have not had any problems sleeping. Maybe it is because between work, kids, Pat and the wedding I am so tired.

LOL!! That just goes to show you that the wedding is deep in your sub-conscious too, Amy. Amber has these kind of dreams too. I'll tell her about your post and see if she can remember some of her bizarre wedding dreams, and post them too.
