Don't know if anyone else in PA or the Northeastern US has this problem, but we have been getting pounded with rain. My FFIL just called to tell me that he is tropping off stuff for Steve since the roads are already bad. I guess everyone is staying into town were it's high enough that the flood water won't reach. This is suppose to be record breaking flooding here. I'm waiting for a phone call to have to go into work and be stuck there to who knows when. Fun Fun. Anyone else having a lot of rain and flooding? I saw on the news that there is heavy rain and flooding from North Carolina up to Upstate NY. Everyone take care in the area!

Well Nikki, I can't say that we are flooding, heck, i can't tell you what rain is, but if it's wet, can you send some our way? We could use some help w the wildfires.
I heard about the flooding on the news. I will keep you all in my prayers.

I would be more then happy to send some your way. The river (which runs through the center of town) isn't suppose to stop going up until sometime tomorrow afternoon. I am headed next door to the firehouse. Looks like I'll be pulling an all nighter working phones for them and then into the 911 center at 6am unti ????. Poor Steve is out in the rain on one of the boats helping to evacuate areas near the river. Thanks for you thoughts and prayers everyone!

We would be happy to take it here in Phoenix. We are having another dry spell, and we need the rain so bad. Stay safe and dry, Nikki!!!

Alright, I just did my short shift at the firehouse. Steve got back from one call, changed, and got sent back out on another. Those guys will be out all night. I need to TRY to get some sleep so I can go into the 911 center in the morning for work. They issued a state of emergancy for the area here. Guess they are still saying this is the worst flooding ever for the area. Luckly, I know were all my friends and family are. Of course, half of them are at the firehouse running calls. I doubt I'll sleep to well. I never do when I know Steve's out on calls. Thanks again for thinking of us here ladies!
