And it's not Mine

Next door but one is outside in the sunshine mowing His lawn like a man possessed. So now i know for certain it is dry enough to cut. :winktongue:

So far He hasn't electrocuted Himself so it must be OK LOL.

Will be outside doing Mine later once i've taken the Car for Her MOT.

I know if i start the Garden now i'll miss My slot at the Garage. And then get arrested for driving My Car without an MOT Certificate.
And that wont do will it LOL.

Happy Motoring, errr, i mean Happy Mowing. :)

Yeah!!!! I heard the birds for the first time last weekend (I think you mentioned this as well) I was sooo excited. FH started cleaning up the gardens this week. Our grass isn't even close to mowing. It just starting turning grenn yesterday. What a sight to see when I got home from work yesterday. It's amazing how little things can make you :)

Sure does make You smile. :)

Makes You feel glad to be alive too. All that fresh life springing up around us. The Lambs in the fields etc.

I'll be grinning even more if My Car passes Her MOT. It's Her first one and i'm gonna be pacing like an expectant Father LOL.

I'm dreading the journey to the Garage. When the Sun shines the Police are out and about like Butterflies.
And if i get stopped without the MOT i'm nicked.

Forgive me - chock it up to other side of the pond ignorance. What's MOT? Is it like an inspection/testing to make sure everything is running as it should?

Either way, good luck with your car and enjoy the day!

Yeah it's an excuse from the Government to get another £50 (Approx $72) out of us every year. They just check the Car over. But without the MOT the Insurance is null and void. As long as the Garage has the Car Registration in their book. If i am stopped by the Police i can continue on My way.

They only test Cars over Three years old. And My Car turned Four on Wednesday. So She's been sat on the grass looking very sorry for Herself for a couple of days until We got paid.

We have CC&R's (basically housing regulations) pretty much EVERYWHERE in Sac. If our lawn isn't mowed on a regular basis then we get fined. Well, we haven't gotten fined because we have a wonderful neighbor (right now) who really likes Matt, so he has taken to mowing our lawn once in awhile for us. Makes me feel like **** (our mower went out on us beginning of last summer).

Now that we're moving and we have 3x the amount of lawn, we're going to have to get a mower or get our current one fixed. :bbeek:
