I was looking at the free stuff for pets; looks like it is just Petsmart that offers anything out here. We have their Pet Perks card and we don't get any free toy on their b-day :(

I wonder if this is a new thing, or maybe we didn't fill out the paperwork right or something ... I wonder if I can sign up too since the card we have now is in DH's name.
