So my mom just called to see what I thought and I hadn't even noticed, but yeah it is snowing outside.

Funny, it was like 50 degrees or so earlier and just sprinkling out; I had ran out in my PJs to take the trash out. Now it is 35 degrees and snowing :ooh:

I hope it doesn't kill our grass seed!

I don't love the snow and hope it doesn't last. I will take some pics if it sticks though :winktongue:

Yeah, it was raining here since Friday, then came snow! We are enjoying it. It's really coming down here in Atlanta. We might get 1 - 2 inch accumulation, snowball fight! LOL! :)

We got about an inch and a half yesterday. It was so weird!

I felt bad for my co-worker though, yesterday was her wedding day! It was sooo cold and windy. :(

It's, um, 80 degrees here today. I feel a little guilty about it though! :)

Hope you all defrost quickly!

It's been pouring down rain here, but I think it's a little too warm for us to get any snow. Last time it snowed, they shut the town and base down, because it never snows! Haha.

This is the view out my front door. They are calling for 6 to 10 inches.

The view out my back door. Yes I have a toilet on my back deck. When we remolded our bathroom it was supposed to go in the basement to replace the old one down there. Yet here it still sits on the deck where I'm sure my neighbors are tired of seeing it. I'm thinking of turning it into a planter this summer.

It looks so pretty - compared to sickening amount...Although 10 inches doesn't sound like it will be very nice come morning.

Won't the cold weather crack the porcelein toliet? However, a planter would be funny!

They're calling for anywhere from 8 - 15 inches of snow here. It's gonna make for a lovely morning commute to work tomorrow. Gonna have to leave extra early. I'm so ready for spring. :(

OMG not that I have heard of but I haven't been listening to the news today.

We haven't seen a robin yet but our resident cardinal has been singing differently these past few days (my guess is that it's to attract the ladies). He sounds so nice; just like a canary!

Well, I tried heading to work and I just couldn't do it, so I called out. The roads were just too bad, and it's coming down way too fast. I drove about 30 min, and went up a hill, and a tractor trailer truck in front of me got stuck. So I called work, asked if they still wanted me to come in, and they said I could stay home if I wanted to. I turned around and came home, and on my way back home, my windshield wiper screw got loose (again!) and my drivers side wiper wasn't working. So I would've been in trouble if I kept driving to work. They said they already have 8-9 inches in Manchester, which is where I was headed if I kept going to work.

Just gotta worry about fiance now. He drives a delivery truck, and has 4 deliveries today. 2 north of us, and 2 right in town.

since the porcelain does not have any water in it in either the tank or the bowl it should be safe.

RC is going over to help our neighbor did out from where the HOA dingbats blocked his drive way.

The trees look so pretty when they are frosted. Just hope they stay upright.

We are only about 56 miles North of Richmond.
Everybody enjoy your snow day.

we had 2-3 inches yesterday! I mean I haven't seen snow in Birmingham,Al since "winetrstorm 93"(lol) I was about 11 years old! It was so great for my son to see snow. He is 6yrs. He didn't believe it! We all went out side to play. My husband and I had a snow fight. It was sooo much fun!

Isn't all this snow crazy? I'm from Richmond and here it rarely snows. Yesterday I was just so surprised when it really started to come down like it did. I originally am from PA, so I'm used to snow. But my fiance is all excited. I hate it, but I love it today for getting me off work hehe :)

We went from 60 degrees at the end of last week to 6-9" of snow on the ground overnight. It took me forever to dig my car out of the parking lot this morning! O how I miss garage parking... :(

Wow - a Robin already!? Milwaukee which is about 30 minutes from me got almost 12 inches of lake effect snow. We didn't get any here. In fact, when I woke up the sun was shining with very little cloud coverage in the sky, Milwaukee, was just a mess!

Yep, I saw him on the fence post on Saturday! And she was a fatty! So, I am sure there will be eggs in one of our trees soon.

We had sun all day yesterday with snow flurries. Though it didn't amount to anything, I am ready for it to go away and stay warm so we can be outside with the girls. :)

I hear ya! I can't wait for that first warm day where all the windows can be opened and it just smells fresh outside! I hope we can get a day like that in March!

Heck yeah! FH plows for his dad. He was driving down to Oak Creek for his first job and he said at one intersection there was 3" of snow and right across the street there was 14". He was amazed! We woke up to less than 1/2" at our house. Oh well - Snow = Wedding money for us - so while I am done with all things winter myself, I guess snow really isn' the end of the world for us! :)
