I don't have a fav. I just buy the store brand of the highest SPF w/ out getting too expensive. Suprisingly sunscreen is act. kinda hefty in price!
Although, I just bought sunscreen from Target(their brand) and it met all of my requirements

the only reason i am asking is because i never burn or need sunscreen because everytime i use it in the passed i end up with a sunburn. I have it as one of the thing for my bathroom baskets and dont know what is a good brand to get for my guest i know at least half of them burn just going out side so it something i fill inportant and getting a good brand would be best..

I have used Banana Boat in the past and it wasn't as oily and it served its purpose well. I also just got done reading an article about Banana Boat saying that they tested it against a cheaper brand and it blocked more.(Another thing, Banana Boat has an appealing smell compared to the others.) LOL!
Here is part of the article:
In addition, there was no surprise when the shorter exposure duration dishes yielded taller and denser growth for a majority of trials. This supports the common sense that longer exposure to harmful rays will result in less growth of yeast, or in the instance of humans, more damage to the skin. Furthermore, it was expected that the more expensive brand of sunscreen (Banana Boat) would outperform the cheaper priced sunscreen (Long’s). Before application of the two brands, it was noted that the name brand sunscreen was much thicker than the generic brand. Therefore, it was no surprise when the costly name brand sunscreen performed better than the inexpensive generic. It was shown the name brand was worth the price because it protected the yeast from the UV rays more effectively

Hawaiian Tropics SPF 45 for me! I burn super easy as well. I love the smell and don't mind the feeling too much. (greasy kinda thing...)

I don't burn easily but Sean does. Usually we go with Neutrogena for the body. For my face, if I am going to be outside at all, I always put on a little DDF Organic Sunscreen for sensative skin. (I got mine at Sephora) It isn't a huge bottle but it gets me through the summer and into the winter. I have never had a break out with it.
Just make sure you get at least a 30 SPF and that it blocks both UVA and UVB rays.

I am rather fair skinned and I tend to burn easily, so I don't even bother trying to tan anymore.
I use Coppertone Sport SPF 50 ... I've also used Banana Boat before too. I think the key is to reapply after a few hours, sweating or getting wet.
For my face I use my regular moisterizer plus a little Banana Boat for faces withSPF 20. I haven't had a break out problem with it. But I usually wear a hat too, I guess that helps some.

I have to use the highest SPF too. I am ultra-white. I have no pigment in my skin whatsoever. My legs are so white, they are blue. LOL!! They say the lighter your eye color, the more easily you will burn. And my eyes are light blue. I have had blisters on my shoulders that stood two inches high. I hate the sun now.
