My MOH and Man-of-Honor are throwing a shower for me on Saturday. I bought a dress, but I'm not sure whether I should wear it or not. I haven't been to a bridal shower in YEARS.

This is the dress I bought: http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/sr=/qid=/ref=br_1_12/190-3213845-1542423?ie=UTF8&node=144457011&frombrowse=1&pricerange=&index=tgt-mf-mv&field-browse=144457011&rank=-product%5Fsite%5Flaunch%5Fdate&asin=B001FSDODQ&rh=&page=2

Just wanted to get an idea if other thought it was appropriate or too dressy. Even if I don't wear it I still got a great deal and I'll wear it to the James Taylor concert right after the wedding. It was only $8 on clearance in the store!!! I couldn't pass that up!!

No, I think its totally cute to wear! Plus, its your shower, so I would think that you would want to wear something a little more special!

Wow $8! I need to check out Target clearance! My shower is coming up next month and I need something cute!

I don't think its too dressy. I know I plan on dressing up for mine. It's being thrown in honor of me so I want to look my best!! :D

I think that's a great dress! I love cowl necks - I think it adds a little bit of glamour to a dress. I don't think it's too dressy at all - I think it's just right. :)

You got that dress for $8? Wow. It's very pretty. I think it's appropriate, considering you're the honored guest.
