Well, I had one cycle on Clomid. It unfortunately didn't work this cycle. So now I'm waiting to get a call back from the doctor to get another prescription written ASAP.
But in the meantime, I've heard about this fantastic lady who does acupuncture for all sorts of medical issues, fertility being one of them. This girl I know was having fertility issues and even had In-vitros that didn't work. So she gave her body a break, and while doing that she went to this acupuncturist. Next thing you know, she's pregnant with twins!
My appointment is on Monday, so I'll let you know how it went. She charges $55/session, so I don't think that is too horrible.

I don't know if acupuncture would be something I'd consider, but hope it helps you; good luck!

That's AWESOME!!! I had acupuncture done for my Interstitial Cystitis pain and it helped a lot! They put needles in my back, by ankles, wrists, feet, face, and my bladder and I didn't feel a thing. I had several sessions and I have to say it really helped my pain levels. I really hope it works for you!!! Keep us posted :) BTW, I didn't even know they offered acupuncture for fertility (How exciting) I'm going to do some research and see if there's someone in my area who specializes in it!

The lady doesn't accept insurance, but said most health flex accounts will reimburse you for it. And, I actually took out $1500 this year for medical bills (figuring this fertility stuff wouldn't be cheap) and DH's insurance covered 2/3 of the procedure to see if my fallopian tubes were open. We were soooo surprised by that and now I have extra money to spend on my health stuff. That's was another deciding factor to go ahead with the acupuncture. I have another girlfriend who swears by it. She goes for anxiety issues.
I've had accupuncture treatments done for various reasons (ranging from chronic pain to allergies to acne even!) since I was a teen, and I'm a firm believer that it works if done right!
Best of luck!!

Thought I'd update:
I've been to three appointments so far. It is relaxing to go and I look forward to each visit. The lady is super-nice and we discuss current issues in my life. We're currently concentrating on increasing my blood quantity (I have super light periods for the first 5 days, then heavy until it's over). She says this is a sign of low blood. Also, there's inflammation somewhere in my body (she can tell a bunch of stuff by looking at my tongue). It's pretty interesting stuff, but it can get expensive!
She's also a little out there, talking about my "fertile seed bed" and how I'm not trying to get pregnant, "You're creating LIFE!" So she's kind of a hippie, but really nice.
Sending good vibes your way! I hope this works for you!
