Regarding Lucien's Limo Service - East Rutherford, NJ
Used them for my wedding and everything went wrong. Used only 1 limo, a Rolls for us, and they arrived 45 minutes LATE making me 30 minutes late to my ceremony, getting me there when the ceremony was supposed to be over. Had a church full of my friends and relatives wondering what could have happened to me and if I wasn't going to show. VERY EMBARRASSING!! Threw off my entire day, missed some photo opportunities and my cocktail hour since instead of relaxing, was busy running around taking care of things that should have been taken care of before it started. Driver got lost even when we were on the cell phone with him giving him explicit directions (told him to go right, he went left!!) and drove like a maniac once we were in the car, cutting people off.
Owner offered small refund, NOT ENOUGH, not fair for what we paid. Personally, I could have gotten a nicer car for cheaper but I trusted him when he told me I wouldn't have to worry about the limo and that he spoils his brides. For me, it was all lies.
Car was nice but not worth the stress. I suggest you look elsewhere. VERY UNHAPPY with them. Beware.
