For anyone who's been weighing their options for paper lanterns (especially colored ones), you've probably realized they're NOT cheap!
I've been shopping around and found the best prices at paperlanternstore.com - $2.60 for 18-inch lanterns bought in bulk.
But, if you have a Hobby Lobby nearby, they have a whole bunch of paper lanterns in their "spring" section - between $1.87 and $2.40ish each depending on size, in all sorts of spring/candy colors (red, hot pink, green, blue, purple, yellow, orange)... and they're all 30% off this week!
Great big lanterns for $1.50 each?? We ended up buying over 100! (Which doesn't really "save" us money if we weren't planning to do it anyhow, but we needed something to cover the giant empty ceiling!)
