Inspiration

I need some sort of project to keep my busy because I am on semi-bed rest. My doc hasn't officially said to go on RB but has told me to stop work (i'm working from home now) and not to go out for walks or anything...So I was thinking of doing some home DYI (light gauge stuff or course). So i was just wondering what some DIY projects you guys have done or would like to do..or any DIY you've seen that you like. I want to stencil my dressers with a 50's floral motif. I also want to sew new curtain (we don't have any curtains in our house yet) but I'm looking for inspiration. Anys suggestions (for curtain, or ANYTHING you'd like to share =] )

Honestly, I would walk into Michael's (or any craft store) and browse the aisles for something you've always wanted to do but never had the time. I think it would be so much fun to knit blankets or scarves, or do scrapbooking or something. There are thousands of hobbies to pick up. The stenciling sounds fun too and would be a perfect project!
