So some of you saw that I posted this: http://forums.onewed.com/showthread.php?t=23893 in the great finds area a few days ago. Well today I finally was able to get in at the right time and get in on the deal!!! -
We ended up getting the Hilton in Washington DC August 3rd-10th, for $1 a night :) Well actually it is free, but they list it at $1 a night so they can get your credit card info so the hotel has it on file.
We are sooo excited. This is going to be a rather cheap trip for us seeing as we are wanting to mainly just visit all of the historical sites, (I haven't been since I was 8, and Matt has never been) and those are almost all free. So we will pay to get us there and food.
Then I'm also having a good day because it is my day off :) and I just applied for insurance that provides us the same if not better coverage for $100 less a month, and last but not least, Matt has nothing going on with either job this evening so we get a nice evening to spend together.
So I hope some of my luck today will rub off on anyone having a bad day so they can have a good day too :)
