Job Hunting

Just wanted to make a post cause I am antsy here. I have been looking for a job in my field for officially a month now. I spend my days browsing online to find new companies and have applied to about 30 companies that fit. I finally got a call back last Friday wanting to set up a phone screening for today. Well I was excited and wanted to tell FH first mostly because the location was not in one of my top places. Well I give her a call back a couple hours later and leave a message at like 3pm and she doesn't call me back.

So today I figure they would call me back so now I am just waiting here, nervous and excited about the interview, but also worried that they might not call me back. It sucks job hunting, especially since FH works full time which makes the days boring when I am alone.

Yeah, my sister lost her job just before Christmas and still hasn't found anything else. She says she is always on the computer searching and has applied to all sorts of places, even those she really wouldn't want to work for.

No they never called :(

I am calling them back today in a couple hours here, just because I don't want to be waiting around plus when I called back I was stupid and didn't mention the screening or Monday and only told them they could reach me for the rest of the day that Friday.

Well I finally talked to them today, the company sounds great and the job sounds like something I would enjoy doing!!!

Now tomorrow I have a technical phone screening with someone. Sounds scary, since I don't know what level of details they are going to ask, will have to do some research/studying tonight...
