shot glass favor ideas

im going to have personalized tall shot glasses as wedding favors n i was originally going to fill them with jelly bellies in my colors (pink n brown).

but im trying to find another idea to do with the shot glasses to present them without them being just the plain glasses on the table if i dont fill them with candy (for budget reasons)

i cant really think of anything

oh, and if it helps, i also have sort of a star theme along with my colors.. my jewlery is stars, im going to have origami stars as table scatter, etc.

I you don't fill them with candy, maybe wrap them in tulle or cellophane and get some ribbon with stars or add some little cut out stars around plain ribbon.

I was thinking the same thing about the tulle or cellophane. You could also fill them with that string confetti stuff (not sure what its exactly called) or star garland like this

I was thinking about that stuff, but couldn't find a picture and didn't really know what to call it! I have seen it is all sorts of colors and even cut into smaller "twist tie" sizes.

I was thinkin the star garland and maybe some stay confetti. I am seeing like a whole starry night kinda thing but i guess were going more for table decor and not really thinking about the shot glasses. tap tap hmmmm.... maybe you could put it in a favor box and decorate the box with the garland? i will be looking forward to seeing what everyone has to say!
