I had the same problem, and I ended up just copying in the image to the template that was already there. So basically, my image was on top of that, and it was all that was seen. Maybe that would work..?

Like one of the templates that they have on their site or the template that they give you so you can use on photoshop?

Ugh...I had a heck of a time uploading my image. I made it to the size specifications that they required but then when I uploaded it, it was too small or blurry. I can't remember how I finally got it to work? I wish I could help.

It was on one of the premade templates. I went into advanced editing, and clicked on the add image option. If you've got it saved as a picture, that might work.

Sorry to hear you're having such trouble with Vistaprint; I've used them a lot without much trouble, but perhaps what you are having is a file size problem... How are you designing your own? What program are you using? You'll have to make sure you follow the guidelines for overall size (keeping text within the printing margins) and also that your file conforms to the resolution requirements. Also, it will have to be saved in a file format that they can read. When you click to upload a design, there's a link for upload help that will give you the dimensions and requirements, which I've found is easier to use than downloading their template. You could use the pre-made templates and just imput your info and upload your photo, especially if you are stuck with how to design it. Good luck, and if I can help anymore, please feel free to ask. Vistaprint is certainly a good option for DIY brides and inexpensive.

I've been trying to make STDs on here too. I made a specific size for small business card magnet but when i go to upload it, it goes as a calendar magnet so the size is way off. I ended up doing it about 10 times until it finally worked, I also ended up having to download one of their templates cause I kept running into making them too small even though I was following the true-bleed size.

Now I'm just waiting for the OK from FH before I put in the order.
