we r trying to get my mothers whole family back together again at our reception because they have not seen each other since their brother that always had the family gatherings past away 3 yrs ago and i think that our children should be able to have the same oppurtunities as we did and grow up in a big family with lots of old time memories to hear about. If anyone knows of any poems or sayings that could be put on the back of the invites it would be much appreciated. Also has anyone seen any site with western dresses bride and bridesmaids for less than about $200.

Renton Western Wear or Satn' Spurs (they have denim bm dresses) just depends on how WESTERN you wanna go...I'll be glad to help you, just let me know, I also have an awesome site for cake tops that look like real people and not the silly cartoonish ones with the hats way too small for the heads!

thank you so much i went to the sites and love the dresses, I am going to have the girls look at them and choose which one they like the best. We have our cake toppper but have yet to decide on the cake. We have to make the wedding as low budget as possible because i am just getting back to work and he is on unemployment because he just got back home from being shipped out, and together we have 5 kids.

That would be so much fun. At least you wouldn't have to worry about staining your white dress! lol. those are great sites Ellen. I really like the sat'n spurs one. Lisa, you will have plenty of nice choices for BMs there!!!

Sure it would...your supposed to stand out. Come on, in a traditional wedding noone else is supposed to wear white right!!! You should be different than everyone else!!!

I have found some on ebay that i really like and that are really low in price but they will have to be shipped from china and that scares me. lol my luck it will be the wrong size the wrong dress and not enough time to return it. If that denim dress wasnt quite as expensive i would proly consider it but we cant afford to spend 450 just on my dress.

Have you thought about looking for a pattern for one similar to the denim and having it made? i don't knowthe costs but it is worth considering? I love it as well. I have never seen another one like it.

I think the only problem with making one is that Denim is a hard material to sew and you need heavy duty needles and perhaps a heavy duty sewing machine! But that would be wonderful if your aunt could make this for you!! :)

well i checked with her and she said that it would take almost as much to make it as it would to buy it. Good demin is about 20 dollars a yard. So i guess that is out of the question. Oh well it was worth a try. Ill just have to keep lookin.

Not necessarily! You could try pricing denim at fabric stores and online. Even ebay. You might find it for VERY cheap, you just have to look! Also, If your buying a lot, you could even get additional savings!
Good Luck!!
