Need some help with song sheet

The song we have chosen for our wedding is one that we found out of a hymnal that our church doesn't have yet. They are getting the new version, but he didn't think it would be before our wedding. So he has made us a copy of the song and told us just to insert it in our programs, but we are doing fan programs, so that won't work. I am needing some suggestions as what to do with the copies so that I can ensure people will take one. I thought about just setting them next to the programs, but I don't know if people will just know to take one. Any suggestions??

I think you should be fine with just setting them next to the programs. If it concerns you, you could just make a little sign that says please take one. I know if I saw the two piles of things I would assume to take one of each. :)

Maybe you could find a cute way to have them both together. Like maybe have the copy of the hymnal song, set the fan program on top and tie a ribbon around both of them. They wouldn't have to be attached per say, but it would get them both taken...:D

can you scan them in and print them in the fan size and add them to your program? Maybe you can just give people the words and let them follow along so that you can make it a square you insert inside your fans?

Could you just copy the words onto a small card or piece of paper and maybe punch a hole and tie it to the handle of the fan?

Or could you just put copies of the songs in the pew racks on top of the hymnal or in the cover and just mention it in the ceremony?
