I think it was staged for the commercial (ie everyone is an actor) but it's still fun. I would love to see/be part of a flash mob.

It's obvious that the station was shut for the shoot. There's a couple of the rehearsals on YouTube too.

It sure is fun to take part in a crowd scene for a video. I still grin whenever i hear "Rock N Roll Train" by AC/DC. It was fun to be a part of. :)

Nah that one was real .... I think it took place in Central station, NYC

Mitch - did you make the final cut? Is there any video online that we could check out? :)

I once met a lady that said she danced in Michael Jackson's thriller video .... but with the (monster) make up and all, I couldn't pick her out even if I wanted to.

I am on the video for "Rock N Roll Train" but the crowd scenes are so fleeting You have to go slow-motion to pick Me and DH out. :rofl:

The camera films everyone from behind, infront and up high. Everytime they moved the cameras for the next shoot (Crowd scenes were done in four different takes) They made everyone move around so everyone got a shot at the front. I know the camera pans in to a couple at the front who look into it and shout. DH and Myself are standing next to them jumping around like fleas LOL.

Ok, so basically we all downloaded an MP3 to our players, then met at a park and all pressed play at the same time. The MP3 had instructions for what we were supposed to do. We hugged trees, danced to some music, got on the ground for a photo, played freeze tag, walked like ninjas/zombies, and did slow running. It was really fun. Here are a few photos:
