I'm new to this whole wedding band thing, but I'm wondering if you chose to sauter your rings together, or leave them seperate??? :) Mine seems to be slipping a little but I'm not sure if I want to sauter them together or not?

I've kept mine separate. I always want to be able to wear my wedding ring, and sometimes I just don't feel comfortable wearing my e-ring because it might get scratched up.
But, I do keep track of which sides go together, so one side of each ring will wear against the other, but the outer ones will stay nice looking.

I kept mine separate. I would like to be able to wear just my band sometimes if I'm worried about damaging my engagement ring.

Mine are separate. I like to have the option of taking off My Engagement Ring to have a bath, or do the washing up or gardening.
The thought of soap suds or garden mud getting in amongst the Diamonds gives Me the heebie-jeebies. :bbeek:

My rings are separate but I have considered getting them soudured together because they slip (in different directions) and it drives me nuts.
I did it with my first e-ring, wedding band and anniversary band.

Same here. Also if we're going riding, I only wear my wedding band, as it fits more easily under gloves.

I keep mine separate as well. I wear my wedding band 24/7, I take my E-ring off when I shower, wash hands and do something that it would get in the way.
Sometimes when I shower and forget my ring gets tangled in my hair. Then I end up with soap and my ring stuck in my hair so I gotta call DH in to help me.
My cousin did sautered her ring together it looks ugly to me.
What if you want to upgrade your e-ring? or band?

I guess Im the only one so far!
Mine are sautered. I really didn't want to at first but Im glad I did. I think it looks better and they are not always tuning in different directions, I would be annoyed all the time:snide:. Also they won't get sctatched up. On mine you can't really tell.
but I have seen some that they did a horrible job sautering. So if you do decide to do it go some where that you trust.
Mine are soldered together.... I have a hard enough time keeping track of one ring, much less two! :)

Mine are not soldered. Sometimes my e-ring annoys me because the stone is high set so I'll want to take it off; and part of the time I can't wear it to certain clinical sites. I actually don't see a reason to solder your rings, but thats just my opinion.

Mine aren't either. I have a problem with my fingers swelling and my e-ring gets too tight and I have to take it off, but my wedding band still feels perfect. funny how that works, cause they are the same size.
