Anyone out there fluent in Spanish? Need help with RSVP

So. I speak and read Spanish and do pretty well writing it, but for something as formal as this my confidence plummets. I managed to do a decent job with the invites but I’m including a small RSVP card as well. Not something that would be sent back, but something with the RSVP info for those that overlook it on the invitation.
This is what I have in English:
RSVP
Adriana: (Phone Number)
William: (Phone Number)
www.BillAndAdriana.net
Please contact us no later than March 27, 2009

I only need like 10 of these, but I think it'd be a nice gesture to include Spanish RSVPs for those who receive a Spanish invite.
