New & Clueless

Hello Lovers! I’m an old dog trying to learn new tricks, so please bear with me! :bbredface: When I was born, television was brand new, & PC’s weren’t even a glimmer on the horizon (& Bill Gates wasn’t even a sparkle in his father’s eye yet. Ha!) But I am determined to master posting in a forum (better late than never, yes?) My name is Linda, I‘m an artist, calligrapher, & pastry chef, & MDH & I just renewed our vows last year for our 25th anniversary. We had a Medieval/Renaissance Feast, so if anyone has any questions about how to organize such a thing (or how NOT to…..maybe you can learn from my mistakes!) just give me a shout. In the meantime I will just shut up, listen, & learn!

Thanks for your nice welcome. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only "venerable" member here! I'm looking forward to browsing the chat. BTW, why was my first post "moved". Did I make a mistake already?

To WebLady: OK, that makes sense.:eureka: I didn't realize there was a special area for venders! Like I said before, this is all new to me, so please forgive my blunders as I make them. Feel free to point out my errors: that's the only way to learn sometimes!

You can check out the "Forum News, Relations & Information" forums at the top of the main page of the boards, there are some FAQ's and rules and such there. Also some forums have sticky topics with specific guidelines for that forum that you might need to check.
