Space requirements for buffet?

So it's getting to be time to order our tent, tables, etc for our wedding reception. We're doing an upscale BBQ. The caterer is cooking on site adjacent but will set up the food buffet style under the tent.

I'm wondering how much space I need to allot for the buffet.
Anyone have any idea?

I would check your contract with the caterer and see if it specifies in there. Otherwise call them, they probably will have a pretty exact answer for you.
