FH got me some wine glasses, a BEAUTIFUL crystal dragonfly necklace and a GHD hair straightener. From FIL's, a couple of beautiful crystal jewellery boxes and one of the massage things you put on the back of your office chair. FSIL bought us an ice crusher, which as it is summer here and I live in the tropics, will be a very handy thing! My parents bought me a necklace, an imitation pandora bracelet with lots of charms and a real pandora bracelet with an owl charm on it (I love owls). And Ella bought me a tiara!

FH got me a bike, which I'm still learning to ride. Not like a cool bike, but like a bicycle bike. And, yes, you read that right, I'm still learning to ride it. I never had a bike as a kid and sort of missed out on that whole experience. So now he's trying to teach me, but I'm a disaster. I'm not much of a daredevil...

He also got me a new blanket and one of those huge body pillow things. He knows at the end of the day I just like to nest in blankets and pillows. He added to my collection. :)

My family got me some lovely things as well - most of which I have begun to realize will have to be packed up and shipped back to California since I doubt it'll fit in my suitcase! :)

Then yesterday my aunt gave me some jammies and bath and body works bags w/ smelly goods inside. My dad showed me a photo album he's been working on for me of pictures of me growing up. It made me cry! Then Chad's family gave us several types of gift cards and some cash. Between the cash and Target gift cards, it was enough for us to buy a 32 inch Plasma tv. We really needed a new tv so we are very excited.

This was possible my favorite gift though...My grandma used to give all of the grandkids a box of chocolate covered cherries for Christmas. Before she passed away she asked my aunt to continue the tradition. So this year I received a box of cherries "to keely, from grandma". It was the sweetest thing ever.

An iPod Touch, which is fantastically awesome. I've spent most of my time since the 24th (which is when he gave it to me) trying to figure it out though! I've never had any experience with iPods. But this one does everything the Iphone does without actually being an Iphone.

He's also buying me the accessories and so on as I need them. I also got a complete set of the Japanese Cherry Blossom stuff from Bath and Body Works.

I gave him another set of basic home-brew equipment (so he can brew two different kinds of beer at once, if he wants), a beautiful pewter mug with a TON of celtic knotwork on it, and a set of Coca-Cola glasses, both large and small (but he doesn't know about the small ones yet, those are saved for when we exchange presents with our friends on New year's Eve), also some coffee and some of the shaving cream he likes, which is extra fancy.

From his folks and my bro and sis in law I got some cool DVD's (among them Hamlet and Henry V, I'm a Shakespeare buff!), a cash gift towards our wedding and Alton Brown's Cookbook -- 'I just come here for the food' and some interesting clothes and a homemade tin of fudge and cookies (which are yummy) and some more stuff that I can't remember. Not because it was boring, but because I got so much that I can't remember who gave what.

My folks gave me a substantial Lane Bryant gift cert, another DVD, some new workout cross-training shoes, a black canvas messenger bag, a CD of English Country Dance tunes from the 1600's (which I wanted!), a scholarly cookbook with medieval French and Italian recipes that I didn't have and have been lusting over for years, and some nice warm gloves. My brother got me and Fiance each a $25 Target gift card, so we have $50 to spend at Target. Hold me back!!! LOL!!!

And then one of the things Eddie got was a $50 Olive Garden gift card, so we're gonna take that and go on a dinner and movie date when Bride Wars comes out (he owes me a chick flick). Believe it or not, it'll be our first dinner and movie date... and the third movie we'll see in the theater.

I received an iPod Touch, which is soooo cool!! I've been having fun with it for the past few days now ... LOL!! Much different from my other iPod (which I still love and use), but this one is too cool :geek: We went shopping yesterday for some accessories (case, Bose buds, etc.)

And just when I thought we were done with gifts, as I was making Christmas dinner, he asked me to get him something from under the coffee table (?). Well, under the coffee table was another box - to my surprise, a brand new laptop - a MacBook Pro!! I was totally shocked, as I've been saving for one for a while, and the sweetie pie said to spend the money on something else, he wanted to give me my first laptop (and my dream laptop, at that!).

So I took the money I saved and bought a really nice Tumi bag for it. I've been spending the past few days getting to know my MacBook and having a blast. For my birthday, we're shopping for some software (would love an Adobe suite).

Well, we had Christmas dinner at my FILs tonight and it was really nice. FH's grandma gave me a check, which was a huge surprise and very sweet, especially since we've only met a couple of times. And his parents gave me the other Hallmark Tinkerbell ornament that was out this year, a roaster and his mom's family recipe for stuffed cabbage rolls (the actual name is pronounced like gwoompkey but I don't know how to spell the word lol), plus a promise to teach me how to make them. FH loves them so I was really excited. Plus, to me and William, they gave us an 8 piece Oneida flatware set--our first To Us wedding-related gift! I love it and I really appreciated that she wanted to get us things that we'll need--because we certainly need a lot!

DH got me a LG Dare phone with all the accessories. I have been wanting one for awhile. I had a pink razor. OK, the razors suck! And I am NOT a pink girl by any means. I also screen covers for my Dare, Victoria's Secret gift card and earbuds for my Dare as stocking stuffers.

From my mom and sister (can't remember who got me what) I got a laptop desk, fluffy bengal tiger throw, mp3 player for my minivan (a.k.a. the geekmobile) and a 32 quart roaster that I have been eyeing for a while now.

My BIL got me an 8 Gig memory card for my Dare. (With the card DH got me, that gives me a total of 16 Gig for my phone. WOOHOO!) He also got me a porcelain, painted horse. There is a old-tyme coach and horses painted on the side of the horse. I LOVE IT!! Our living room is done in a western/horse theme. This is such a beautiful gift. Now I want the whole set! LOL!

My MIL made us a wedding ring quilt (think that is the name of it) with some of our personalized ribbons for accents in the center. Each of our names, wedding date, and the cowboy hat signature we used are stitched in the corners. So awesome! She also got me a pretty silver clutch with some high dollar shampoos and conditioners in it.

His best friend gave me a beautiful purple gemed bracelet.

I also recieved an old old vase for my flowers and some other things that I simply cannot think of right now.

Other than that, mom gave me a pearl necklace with earrings (not sure if they're real or not...?), Sierra gave me a bathrobe with fuzzy slippers, and my MIL got me a DVD/VHS player so I don't have to use the PS2 for movies, and the old a$$ VCR I had for my VHS movies :)

I got an engagement ring ornament too although my parents gave it to me before Christmas to hang on my tree - mom had it made somewhere. It is a round ball with a ring on the front and then on the back it has our names and our engagement date.

I thought I'd add what I got from my parents 'cause we just celebrate Christmas with them yesterday.

- a frog cookie jar (very cute)
- a mixer
- 27 Dresses, Juno, The Muppet Christmas
- Socks (Snoopy and then Christmas ones)
- Christmas nerds, haha my favorite Christmas candy
- a bag full of goodies from Avon and the Bath and Body outlet store (extremely dangerous store for any woman who loves bath products 'cause they're quite cheap)
- M&M Pajama set with matching slippers

And then from my sister, I got a sweatshirt from her university. Next year, I'll have to get her one from mine, haha. And from my brother, a stuffed Pooh Bear.

One of Eddie's gifts was a box full of edible goodies - popcorn, candy, nuts.. and Captain Morgain, haha. He was pretty happy with it... that's always the way to go with guys.. edible stuff.. and liquor.

And then I went shopping with my mom and sister yesterday (and today, actually), and my mom bought me a light up Snoopy decoration of him on his house. I looooove it. And she also bought me the Snoopy dessert plates from Kohl's that I have wanted since they were put out. So I'm excited to use that stuff next year.
