My wedding favors

These are my wedding favors, minus the candy of course :) My wedding isn't til Sept. so will get fresh then. Would you recommend getting the hershey kisses that has the personalized lables on them? or do lables myself or just leave them blank? My colors are silver and blue, so thought it would fit. We were going to order glasses with our names/date on it, but thought what would people do with it afterwards. This way they can maybe have a pair or if they have kids a whole set :) What's your thoughts? If I get time I was going to paint a calla lily on them, but that is over 100 UGH....... LOL Some are blue stemmed and some are clear. There is a mix of martini, flute and goblet glasses. I got them at the dollar store and they didn't have enough of one style so we decided we liked the mix. We will put a handful of candy in each one.

As far as personalizing the candy. I guess if you have the budget and it is something you want to do, there's no reason not to. But as a guest, I would look at it, think it's cute, maybe comment to someone else about it, and tear it off and eat the chocolate. So if money is an issue for you, I would just stick with the original wrappers.

Maybe instead of the personalized stickers get dove chocolates since they have the cute sayings inside. The milk chocolate ones are blue. They are a little more than regular hershey kisses but they are probably less then the kisses with the labels.

Very original! I would do the mix of Dove and Hershey to get the silver/blue effect.

I think if you have the time and the bidget to put labels on that's fine. but that is a lot of candy to put labels on each individual kiss. I think they would look just as elegant plain.

I like this idea alot! Very affortable! anyway I was wondering how this idea sounds, The glasses but filled a bit with some lil diamond confettii, and a small candle, and a personlized tag. My theme is sort of a hollywood glitter and glam thing.

I love those containers too. I'm looking for the same type in green or black.

I think that eveyrone is going to just love the way you present it..that personalizing the candy and things aren't really neccessary. You could do colors or certain types that fit your color theme..but I think some people would look at your personalized items...tera them open and eat them without thinkin of all the time that goes with it.
