Alright ladies, I need your help/opinions. Once upon a time I thought it would be nice to try to make homemade chocolates for Christmas gifts. They came out pretty good and I guess I'm not the only one who thought so. Everyone demands that I make them every year. I usually bring back some old favorites and do a few new ones each year.

I've already made some Peanut Brittle and Toasted Almond Berry Bark
Which of these sound yummy to you?
- Coconut Indulgences
- Cinnamon Cappuchino Truffles
- Bailey's Irish Cream Truffles
- Cherry Fudge Truffles
- Kahlua Bon Bons
- Cheesecake Truffles
- Peanut Butter Truffles
- Flavored Buttercreams (Maple, Vanilla, Almond, Raspberry, Orange)
- Almond Brickle
- Nougat
- Cashew Caramel Clusters

Anything you make that's a hit that you'd like to share?

Also, I'm hosting a party this Saturday night and am looking for good appetizers to serve. Any good ones?

We will be playing Shot Roulette (yes, this is a drinking game. You'd never know I turned 36 today!!!) We've played this a variety of ways but FH bought a small toy roulette wheel last year. We'll assign #s to different "shots." - probably 8.

So far I have:
Pete's Shot (really yummy punch type thing)
Flavored Vodka
Cosmo
SoCo and lime
Water

Suggestions? Tequila is not an option. Things turn bad with Tequila...:chair:

There's a chocolate liquior that's in the shape of a woman...and of course the name left me! I think it starts with a C... That would be an easy/yummy shot!

For appetizers...
small square of rye bread, cucumber, cream cheese and a package of herb salad dressing mix

mix block of cream cheese with dressing package (half a package)
place the mixture on rye bread (or any type of small bread) and then put a slice of cucumber ontop!

I probably didn't explain this well but it's yummy and very easy to make!

BTW- Happy Birthday!:o
