We have a huge alcove in the Master Bedroom that is screaming out for some Doors to go right along the space. I've been looking on eBay at all sorts of stuff to go there. Freestanding Wardrobes (Closets) Rails, Storage Boxes, Shelving. Anything that will hold Clothes, Shoes, Coats, etc.
Tonight i managed to track down some full length mirror doors that fit the gap with a couple of inches to spare. Just need to get some sliding rail for the door tracks and away we go. :)
DH said He will get permission from work to use the works van and go collect them on Sunday.
The retail price is £100 a door. I got Three of them for £30. Kerrching!!!
Now all Our clothes will be in one place. The Bedroom will look twice the size having a wall of Mirrors.
Plus it's a great excuse to buy new clothes to fill up all that lovely storage. :winktongue:
Gotta love eBay.

I have two huge smoky glass sliding doors that I want to be rid of. Want to come pick them up? :)

Great find! I can't tell you, though, how many times I have freaked myself out by seeing myself in glass closet doors. I'll move and see it in the mirror and wonder what the heck just moved!

Well i've always wanted to visit Canada. I have relatives there.
So all i need to do is get Bruce Dickinson (Singer of Iron Maiden) to pilot a Private Jet for Me. And then all My hopes and dreams have come true in one flight :winktongue:

We had fitted ones in Our first Flat (Apartment) together. Floor to ceiling like We plan to do here. They hide a multitude of sins from view.
Our Cat was great fun to watch when he spotted Himself in the Mirror. His tail would flick and He'd pounce at His reflection.

My Nans Brother went over to Saskatoon aged 16 for 6 Months. He ended up staying, Marrying, having Five Sons and died there aged 87. I know one of His Sons was a Fire Chief in Calgary. The rest i have no idea about.
Nans Nephew lives in Vancouver and ended up being a Priest.
Also have a friend in Ottawa.

Good deal! I love mirror doors, I know some people don't like them, but I agree with others, it makes the room look much bigger and brighter (not to mention its nice to have them when you get dress in the morning!)

You should hit up Nan's nephew in Vancouver, for lodging during the Winter Olympics, the son for lodging during the Calgary Stampede and your friend for lodging for our national birthday, July 1st. If you make it to Ottawa - I can travel to see you since it's only 2.5 hours from here :)
