I've always eaten pretty healthy, and I'm not overweight....but now that my cholesterol is high I've been trying even harder to be "good." :)

Today I made a really simple but yummy snack, and wanted to share the recipe:

Sliced granny smith and macintosh apples (about 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons honey flavored fat free Greek yogurt
Sprinkle with a few pecans

Sounds blah but it was really really delicious!!! I'm thinking other things could be good in there too, like berries and stuff?? :chimp:

I have an apple snack that I love too! It's thinly sliced apples spread with a thin layer of nut butter and topped with a slice of banana. I drizzle it with just a little bit of agave and sprinkle with hemp nuts and cinnamon.

I'm going to have to try your combo out! It sounds like it would be good on top of breakfast oats too.
