View Full Version : I'm so angry!!!

Some of you may remember my post about my car a while back. Well, the gas tank on my car was giving me some problems, so I took it back to the dealership where I bought it and have my warranty. They ended up having to replace the whole gas tank and while they were working on my car, I got a rental from Enterprise. Enterprise has an agreement with Fowler Dodge to supply loaners. When I picked up the loaner from Enterprise, I was told that I could leave the loaner at the dealership and they would take care of it. So, when they finished with my car, I picked it up and left them with the loaner. I got a call a few days later from Enterprise saying they were going to be charging me $149 because apparantly what happened was Fowler called Enterprise and told them they had the car. Well, Enterprise didn't pick up the car until like 3 days later. And are now trying to charge ME for someone else's mistakes. Anyways, I call Patrick back at Fowler and he says he will take care of it and to have them call him. So, I call Enterprise back and tell them what Patrick said. I thought that was the last of it...until I check my bank account and they took it out! WTF??? How the **** am I being charged? I have tried to call Patrick back since being charged, but he's not even there right now. I am just so angry I can't believe it! I haven't been this upset in a really long time. I know it's not a lot of money, but that's not really the point! I have bought 2 cars from them within the past two years and this situation may just make me go somewhere else next time. Sorry about the long, angry vent, but I had to get it out. I don't even think getting it out helped any...I'm just going to have to keep calling back until I get somewhere with this. :irked:

Oh that is SO messed up! I'm sure it'll get straightened out but that's such an inconvenience.

Hope it all works out...!

Thanks, Gwen! I finally got ahold of Patrick and he apologized for this mess. He said he will get it straightened out. I feel so much better now, though! Thanks again! :)

Man, I would be upset about that too! Glad you finally got it worked out!

$149 is quite a bit of money to be spending on someone else's mistake! Glad you got it worked out! Are they going to refund you?

Yeah. They are supposed to have it credited back to my account by tomorrow. I checked today and didn't see the credit yet, but I hope I get it back soon! I'm supposed to call them back if I don't have it on Thursday, so at least I have them working with me!

Wow, i'd be mad too!! Glad you are going to be credited back.. I'd double check it!
